Stuart having grown up on a farm he at a young age would develop an appreciation for farm fresh ingredients.

He would then serve his culinary apprenticeship working under classically trained chefs from Italy, France, and Germany.

On top of that, he gladly accommodates meal requests, regardless of dish type. Even today, it can still be challenging to find a personal chef you can rely on and trust on a yacht.

Your food tasted AMAZING, the presentation was exquisite and I loved your stories behind the food. I am so glade that you lo ed your first trip and I hope you have many more-enough to still be there if I am lucky enough to come back next spring (that is my intention for sure).
